Vision
The Central District Health Department goal for the Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) program is to provide to first-time, high risk mothers, the support necessary for a healthy pregnancy, the tools necessary to transition into parenthood, and the knowledge needed for a successful future.
Mission
Support quality prenatal healthcare, provide individualized parenting education, and to promote successful family outcome.
