The Meals On Wheels program is funded by state and federal dollars, foundation grants and in-kind donations. Meals On Wheels client donations provide only about 20% of program costs. As a result, the Meals On Wheels program turns to the community to help those who need it the most.
Culinary Walk-About
The annual Culinary Walk-About is the largest single fundraising event for the Meals On Wheels program.
Project K.O.P.E.G.
The partnership between Project K.O.P.E.G. and Meals On Wheels has been a tremendous success, in its first year generating more than $3,300 as the program collected used cell phones and accessories and turned them in for cash.
